User Agreement
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Account responsibilities, eligibility, security, collaboration, and service access rules for Vellumora users.
This agreement describes your responsibilities when using an Vellumora account with Aiwove LLC. It forms part of the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy and other linked policies explain how account information and content are handled.
Eligibility and account information
You must be at least eighteen, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate registration information and keep available account details current. Do not create an account to impersonate someone else or evade a restriction.
Security and access
Protect your password, authentication methods, and devices. Do not share credentials in a public document or Support message. Notify Support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account; a disputed or unauthorized action should be reported for review rather than treated as accepted automatically.
Use only accounts, drafts, and resources you are allowed to access. Do not bypass permissions or technical limits, disrupt other users, or use multiple identities to obtain benefits deceptively. Follow the Content Policy for uploads, prompts, and published material.
Sharing and local copies
You decide whether to create and distribute public share links. Anyone with a public link may be able to view its published content. Check the document before sharing, and obtain necessary permissions for other people's information. Offline access can retain downloaded drafts in your browser. Take care on shared devices and keep independent copies of important work.
Paid access and account closure
Paid access requires a confirmed order under the Subscription Agreement. Request cancellation separately from account deletion so any authorized renewal is addressed. You may ask Support to close your account and review deletion of associated information under the Privacy Policy.
Restrictions and review
Access may be restricted for misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. If you believe an action is mistaken, provide relevant details through Support and request manual review. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
