Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Ownership of writing, the limited service license, AI output limitations, and copyright complaint review.
This policy explains content rights and copyright reports for Vellumora, provided by Aiwove LLC. It supplements the Terms of Service and Content Policy. Copyright protections and remedies vary by jurisdiction; this policy does not replace rights provided by applicable law.
Your rights and the service license
You retain the rights you hold in writing and other material you submit. You grant only the permission needed to host, store, copy, process, display, and transmit that material to provide the service and carry out your instructions, including requested AI processing and public sharing. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow us to sell your writing. Storage after deletion remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
Respect rights in material owned by others. Uploading content does not prove ownership or permission. Vellumora's software, branding, and interface may be protected separately; access does not transfer those rights to you.
AI-generated output
We do not claim ownership of your generated output merely because you used Vellumora. Whether output qualifies for copyright, and who may hold rights in it, depends on applicable law and the circumstances. Outputs may resemble other content. Exclusive rights, originality, and freedom from infringement are not guaranteed. Review output and obtain any permissions needed before commercial use or publication.
Report an infringement
Send a report through Support or email [email protected]; email does not require an Vellumora login. Identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its exact location, your contact information, and your authority to act. Include a good-faith explanation and supporting evidence. Where a formal statutory notice applies, include the statements, signature, and other information required by that law. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Review and responses
Reports receive manual review. We may restrict access while assessing a credible complaint or meeting a legal requirement. If your content is restricted, you may submit an explanation, permission evidence, or a counter-notice through Support. A statutory counter-notice must meet the applicable legal requirements; a disagreement alone does not establish a right to restoration.
Information may need to be shared with the other party to assess or respond to a claim. False reports or repeated infringement can result in account restrictions. We do not promise automatic removal, restoration, or a fixed review deadline.
