Subscription Agreement

This agreement covers Vellumora plans and credits provided by Aiwove LLC. Read it with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Available features, allowances, and billing options are those shown for your account and confirmed order.

Plans and credits

The Free plan provides a limited one-time credit allowance without automatic conversion to a paid plan. AI actions consume credits according to the work requested. Manual writing and other features identified as unmetered do not consume AI credits. Running out of credits can pause AI actions while available unmetered features remain usable.

Included paid-plan credits belong to the monthly credit period recorded for your account, using UTC, and do not roll over. A new allocation depends on confirmation of the next period. Annual billing does not make a monthly allowance available for the entire year at once. Purchased additional credits, where offered, are used after included credits, do not expire, and remain usable after cancellation or downgrade.

Checkout and authorization

Before a subscription purchase, checkout must identify the price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes. An annual offer must show the total amount payable for the year; a monthly equivalent is explanatory. A plan label or account selection alone does not authorize a recurring charge. Only an order that clearly states recurring billing and is accepted by you authorizes renewal on those terms.

Changes and cancellation

Review the effective date, credit treatment, and any price difference before confirming an upgrade or downgrade. Do not assume a change is free or immediate. Cancellation stops the next authorized renewal; access normally continues through the already paid period. Cancel through available billing controls or contact Support if the control is unavailable.

Refund requests follow the Refund Policy. Price changes do not authorize undisclosed charges. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
