These terms govern your use of Vellumora, provided by Aiwove LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you disagree, stop using the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and responsible use

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet applicable age requirements. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected account misuse through Support. Use Vellumora lawfully and follow the Content Policy; do not interfere with access controls, misuse other accounts, or distribute malicious software.

Your writing and AI output

You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize processing only as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. We do not sell your writing. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check facts, permissions, and suitability before publishing. Exclusive ownership or copyright protection of AI output is not guaranteed. The Copyright Policy explains ownership and complaints.

Subscriptions and refunds

The Subscription Agreement explains plans, credits, renewal, and cancellation. Prices, currency, billing period, and any renewal authorization must be shown when ordering. Eligible first subscription payments have a thirty-day refund request window under the Refund Policy.

Privacy, availability, and changes

The Privacy Policy explains processing, AI providers, sharing, and device storage. Features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict accounts for misuse, security needs, or legal requirements. Keep your own copies of important work. Material policy changes will be identified on these pages; changes cannot remove rights that applicable law protects.

Questions and disputes

Contact Support to raise a concern or request account closure. We will review the information provided. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or select an unverified court or governing jurisdiction; applicable law determines those matters.
