How Vellumora handles account data, writing, AI requests, public sharing, browser storage, and privacy requests.
This policy explains how Aiwove LLC handles personal information through Vellumora. We process account details, content you submit, support messages, billing records where applicable, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Writing, AI, and sharing
Drafts require account access by default. Requested AI actions may send your prompt, the full current document, conversation history, and selected notes, styles, and attachment text to configured third-party AI services, including when you select only part of a document. Extracting text from uploaded images or PDFs may also send image or rendered-page content to a configured third-party OCR service. Processing locations, retention, and training terms depend on the provider and configuration. We do not make a blanket no-training promise for every provider. Ask Support or email [email protected] about processing before submitting sensitive information.
Creating and sharing a public link makes the published content accessible to anyone who has that link. Unpublishing stops future access through it, but cannot withdraw copies already saved by recipients. We do not sell your writing.
Cookies and device storage
Cookies and browser storage support authentication, preferences, and operation. Offline features may keep downloaded drafts and resources on your device. Other people with device access may access locally stored information. Use particular care on shared devices. Removing browser data can remove offline copies without deleting server records.
Use, retention, and protection
We use information to provide requested features, maintain accounts, handle support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information for these purposes. Data may be processed in countries where their systems operate. AI run records can retain prompts, document and context snapshots, and generated output. Documents and notes may first be soft-deleted; deleting a document, attachment, or chat does not necessarily remove snapshots already saved in earlier AI runs. We retain information for the relevant purpose, account operation, and applicable legal requirements. Deletion requests may require identity verification; backups and records needed for legal or security reasons may remain longer. No fixed retention period or deletion deadline is promised here.
Your choices
You can change available account settings and request access, correction, account deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights through Support. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Deleting an account does not automatically erase copies you shared with others.
Communications
For promotional messages, use an available unsubscribe option or ask Support to stop them. Necessary account and security messages may continue.

Submit privacy questions and requests through Support or email [email protected]; email does not require an Vellumora login. Describe the request without including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Policy changes will be reflected in the date above.
