Content Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Rules for content submitted, generated, published, or shared through Vellumora, and how to report concerns.

This policy covers writing, prompts, uploads, generated output, and published links on Vellumora, provided by Aiwove LLC. It applies alongside the Terms of Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use or distribute the result.

Permissions and appropriate use

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other people's rights. Do not share private personal information without a valid basis, impersonate people deceptively, or present fabricated statements as verified facts about someone.

Do not use the service to facilitate illegal conduct, fraud, threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or serious harm. Content involving sexual exploitation of children is prohibited. Do not upload malicious software, try to obtain another person's credentials, or use documents or links to interfere with the service.

Creative work and AI limitations

Fiction, criticism, and discussion can address difficult subjects when handled lawfully and without facilitating harm. Context matters when reviewing a report. AI assistance does not establish the accuracy, legality, originality, or safety of a piece of content. Review outputs and verify important claims before relying on them. Additional restrictions may apply to an AI feature through its configured provider.

Publishing and attribution

Before publishing, check permissions for quotations, images, trademarks, and personal information. A public share link can be forwarded and copied. Avoid publishing sensitive material unintentionally. Removing access later cannot recover copies already downloaded. Do not misrepresent AI output as an endorsement or statement from another person or organization.

Reports and account action

Use Support to report a concerning document or link. Provide its location, the reason for the report, and relevant supporting information. Do not send unlawful material unnecessarily. We may restrict content or access to address a report, protect users, or comply with law. Automated output can also be refused by a provider.

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, ask Support for manual review and explain the context. Copyright owners and affected users can follow the Copyright Policy. We do not promise a particular outcome or review deadline.
