How do credits work?
Credits are used for AI writing and editing, image generation, and audio generation. Larger and more complex requests use more credits. Manual writing, organizing work, importing or exporting files, and sharing don't use credits.
How do credits work on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes a fixed amount of credits that never expire. These credits don't reset once used.
When do my credits reset?
Included paid-plan credits expire at the end of the monthly credit period recorded for your account in UTC and do not roll over. A new allocation depends on confirmation of the next period, including for annual plans. Purchased additional credits, where offered, do not expire and are used after included credits. Can I purchase additional credits?
Additional credit purchases depend on the options available for your account and confirmed order. Where offered, purchased credits do not expire and remain usable after cancellation or downgrade. See the Subscription Agreement.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI actions can pause when credits run out, while available unmetered features remain usable. Check your account for available plan or credit options and review the Subscription Agreement before confirming an order.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

Is there a money-back guarantee?
You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription purchase through Support within 30 days of the first successful payment. Renewals, subsequent paid-plan upgrades or changes, and additional credits are outside this guarantee; the first move from Free to paid is an initial purchase; mandatory legal rights take priority. Is cancelling easy?

Does Vellumora train on my data?
This service does not train models on your content. Requested AI actions send the relevant prompt, draft and sources to third-party providers, whose retention and training policies apply. Drafts are private by default; creating a Share link makes the published content accessible to anyone with that link.
